1/2 cup butter
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 ½ cups Corn Chex
3 ½ cups Rice Chex
2 cups Wheat Chex
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup bite-size pretzels
1 cup everything bagel chips, broken into bite-size pieces
Preheat oven to 250° and line a half-sheet pan with parchment. [See below for instructions on making a double batch.]*
Combine cereals, nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips in a large bowl.
Microwave butter in a small bowl until melted; add the next five ingredients and stir well to combine.
Gradually drizzle seasoned butter into cereal mixture in small amounts, tossing gently with clean hands after each addition.
Transfer coated cereal mixture to the prepared pan and spread in an even layer.
Bake for a total of one hour, removing pan from oven every 15 minutes and stirring to ensure even browning.
Slide the parchment with baked chex mix onto counter to cool. When cooled completely, store in an airtight container.
*For a double batch, make the recipe twice in separate bowls and use two baking pans. Bake on separate racks in oven, and when removing pans to stir, return them to opposite racks for even baking.
