Sausage Biscuit Bites

2 1/2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 Tbsp paprika

1 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cayenne

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 lb roll pork sausage

8 oz extra sharp cheddar, shredded

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped



Preheat oven to 400°; line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.


In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, paprika, sugar, salt, and cayenne.


Cut butter into small pieces and work into the flour mixture.


Stir in cheese and parsley; knead in the raw sausage.


Shape the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and arrange on the prepared pan.


Bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
